you are correct, once your in OWL , and many people do not go into owl, also old atkins seems to be judged entirely on the induction phase, the whole point of this topic was to tell the poster that the "new atkins" that requires so many vegies in the induction phase just doesnt have to be done if she doesnt want to eat them

its interesting that some people feel you dont get vitaimins from meat, have you ever heard of "fat soluble vitamins",, there also a study years ago where 2 guys were put into a doctors care and lived there under watch for a whole year and they ate nothing but meat for an entire year, and they were perfectly healthy
