Don't eat the calories you get back from exercising, the only time those extra calories come to help is when overeat. I would suggest that you lower your calorie intake to around 1350 calories a day. I hope I helped!

I understand what your saying if I lost about how much I wanted to loose I wouldn't want to keep counting calories. Just eat what you want just not a big amount of it and try to stay with water. If you find yourself gaining weight back take then start to count your calories again or try to eat a little healthier..

It's possible to lose 20 pounds in a little over 2 months! Yes, it would be pretty hard, but very possible. 20lbs in 5 mo is 4lbs per month, which generally isn't very hard, its like cutting out soda and laying off the icecream, and not eating after 6pm. Very, VERY doable.

She was talking about HER family. You don't have to be mean. Generally hispanics eat things like burritos and cheesy stuff, I'm not saying that's the ONLY food they eat or make, but in my experience they eat that a lot.
