I weigh myself every friday. Work out and diet all week and it is always great to step on it that one day so I can be surprised and feel better about myself. The thing that keeps me going to wait until friday is when I am working out.. i just keep saying to myself, more weight by friday and i push myself harder and harder.…

Hello.. I am 26 and 5'9. All my life I was no more than 130. In college I was the same height and in the 120 range. HW: 177 CW: 173.5 GW: 135 I have a long journey ahead of me. Please send some tips or friend me for advice/tips on losing the weight and exercises to help my process. thanks
