I use 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese and a dash of mustard. 100 cal. per can of tuna 45 cal. per 1/4 cup of cottage cheese 0 cal. mustard. Very tasty and low calorie too! I like to eat my tuna with the Special K Savory herb crackers 120 cal. per 24 crackers. Very yummy lunch!
