3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 2/7 - 2/13

Alright everyone tie those tennis shoes on tight and get ready to move. This seems to me the first week in a long time without some sort of activity not going on. Valentines isn't until next Monday and the Daytona 500 isn't until the 19th so this week will be spent burn burn burning.

The basis for this challenge is to push yourself to burn at least 3500 calories in a week. This amount was chosen since pound is equal to 3500 calories. Everyone sets their own individual goals each week. We all know life happens so this is a weekly challenge that anyone can join at any time, anyone can leave at any time and anyone can come back at any time. No limit to the number of participants.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:

Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    I'm kind of jumping on this on a whim. I really need to push hard the next few weeks, so I think this would be a great challenge for me! I'm starting aiming for 3000 with a stretch of 3500 for the week. Hopefully with my cardio/interval/strength/walking workouts I have planned for the week, I'll come at least darned close to the stretch goal!

    Monday: 368 (15 minutes jogging with the dog, 30 minutes weights (video))
    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
