    This will be my 3rd week in a row joining this challenge and really pushes me to burn the most calories in my workouts!

    Love this challenge! Did it 2 weeks this year already! Very motivating. I am working around a shoulder injury - so I'll adjust my goal to 3500 this week!

    I think I might have underestimated myself this week. I'm already past the halfway mark after two days of workouts!
