Mon: 1000 calories burned (Running @ 5.5-6 speed for 2.75 miles, JM 30DS level 3, Walking @ 3.2 speed for 2.25 miles)
Tues: 807 calories burned (Walking @ 3.0 speed for 1 mile, JM 30DS level 2, Walking @ 3.5 speed for 1 mile)
Wed: 1050 calories burned (Walking @ 3.0 speed for 1 mile, JM 30DS level 3, Walking @ 3.2-3.5 speed for 2.3 miles)
Thur: 882 calories burned (Walking @ 3.5 speed for 1 mile, JM 30DS level 2, jogging/Running @ 5.0-6.0 speed for 2 miles)
Fri: 1001 calories burned (Running @ 3.5-6 speed for 1.5 miles, JM 30DS level 3, Walking @ 3.0 speed for 2 miles)
Sat: 1468 calories burned (Skiing @ slow/moderate beginner's pace for 65 min HRM (I actually did this for 3.5 hrs), Stationary bike for 15 min, Elliptical for 15 min)
