OK, I tried this last time and didn't reach my goal but I exercised more than ever! I will try again, but I'm just going to shoot for 2,000 calories! I am still relatively new to exercising and that is a goal for me! =D

I agree! Just getting up and doing something when you'd normally not is a victory in itself. WTG! Set small goals and meet them and before you know it you'll be like Mr 11000 up there!0 -
