I'm no expert but im pretty sure 1200 is minimum for women and 1800 for men. In addition, to every 3500 calories you eat, you gain a pound but yeah if that person is eating 800 calories... thats pretty much starving yourself.... unless authorized by a medical professional, 800 is way too low.

Crap haha, I just used the website and its roughly around the same as the recommended for mfp. I don't exactly have diet foods haha, it's just hard to eat when I'm not hungry though but thank you! I will try to eat a bit more. And should really change my goal from 1600.... LOL

haha when I mean healthier I meant less and staying away from fats and carbohydrates, but thanks :) haha its weird I don't even have moobs.... my goal is to reach waist size 34 by the end of summer :) right now I'm 36 (US/Canadian size). I know i can reach this haha IM CONFIDENT! :)!
