Over 3000 calories 1 day, next day under 500
I've been here for 6 months on MFP and have had great success, had no troubles losing 80 pounds (currently 160 lb, male 19yo, 5'11) and I have been trying to get into maintenance mode and it is extremely difficult! My maintenance is about 2400 calories a day, I've tried so hard to get up there but this is my situation….…

Almost 6 months and 80 lbs lighter

What should my net calorie be at?
I've lost 17 lbs since june, going to gym almost every day and I was just wondering what my net calorie should be? ....I really want to go out with friends today and get 1lb of wings since I havent had them in a while... When do you start counting your calories?
I'm just wondering because my eating schedule is very weird, For instance, do you start counting your calorie intake at 12am? Yesterday I counted my calorie intake and all that but I went out at around 1am to eat but I put that calorie intake for today's diary. Just a bit curious haha
