Cheat day help?

....I really want to go out with friends today and get 1lb of wings since I havent had them in a while... The calories and sodium is so high, I really don't want to eat it but I do at the same time...I did go to the gym today, did cardio and strength training but would you guys say yes to the wings or no? Look at my diary for today, I put the wings in but I haven't eaten it yet

    Can't see your diary but I say go for it and maybe eat a little lighter tomorrow.

    Does eating the wings push you out of a deficit for the day?

    Edit: there is nothing wrong with the occasional day at maintenance level calories or even a little over - it will reduce your loss...but not cause a gain. High sodium means you will have to drink extra water for a few days to flush it out. I never have cheat days because I eat what I want every day - just in moderation and within my calorie allowance. If I want more, I workout harder or longer so my deficit remains in tact.
