walk up the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator

as long as you're not hurting yourself. Heck my average steps throughout the week according to my fitbit is around 20k a day lol
-
lol elliptical's are one of the worst in "counting calories burned", the only ones that are close to accurate are treadmills but even so, they are not 100%
-
i really hope you are being sarcastic
-
roast them, don't boil them. Boiling them causes the nitrate to be leached out of beets and hence no benefits will come from eating beets

eat your meat...in fact when losing weight you need to increase your protein intake... or you will lose muscle. Take this in mind: your heart is a muscle

And btw, I'm about your age, turning 21 this march

Welcome to myfitnesspal, I was 240 lbs back in 2013, hated myself. Even as a child I was always fat and I hated buying clothes, taking pictures and going out because of my size. Well guess what, decided to change my life around in june of 2013, and by the time november 2013 came by, I went to 160. Since then I've been…

That first point really brought back memories, I missed out on a lot of events because I was too self conscious to do them
-
What I hated the most was the unintentional hurtful things people said. For example, "Oh you are just my big teddy bear". I hated that comment the most.

lol. I'd rather weigh it before cooking... better to overestimate than under

QUEST BARS!!! Quest chips, greek yoghurt

tuna!

Yeh get a heart rate monitor, we won't know how much you burn. Every person is different, depends on your current weight, your lean body mass, the elevation of the walk, your fitness and etc

I would just demolish that tub haha and yes weight scale is accurate. Don't stress over this, even if you did go over just by a little, it won't make a difference. Why restrict yourself? It's not like you're gonna eat ice cream everyday
-
add me up :) I need people who are trying to gain
-
And yes I think weight scales are needed. They're only20 bux at walmart anyways so its not an expensive investment
-
doesn't matter when you eat as long as you are at a calorie deficit
-
The first week is all water weight anyways
-
Furious pete
-
Been here since 2013 haha
-
LOLOL I would have demolished that burger lalala
-
not the end of the world. Think of it this way: you can't change what happened. Move on :)

Honestly, a life change. Instead of busing to class, I walk instead now Take the stairs to my lectures instead of the elevator Rarely drink calorific drinks Going to the gym regularly (when I'm bored or taking a break from studying)
-
add me up

My advice is.... no excuses. I am a student and couldn't afford healthy foods either. So? I managed to lose around 80 lbs in 6 months back in 2013 and I am still around that weight now. Sometimes you just gotta push yourself and tell yourself that it will be worth it. Throughout my journey, I've learned a lot about…

As long as I feel like I pushed myself to the limit

calories in vs calories out... >.> simple as that. I love green tea and I just drink it lol. Although, green tea does have caffiene, which in turn suppresses appetite. So in other words, green tea unintentionally help with weight loss
