it's not 1 g of protein per weight. It's 1g of protein per lean body mass... lets say you are 100 lbs, and you have 30% body fat, you only need 70 g of protein to maintain muscle... Anything above that will be excreted in your urine, as protein is unable to be stored. As for low calories high protein shakes, get whey…

Just don't think about it... Literally... I binged for 2 weeks straight over 3000 calories a day because of finals....I know I'm going to do this again once my summer school finals come up.. ALL WELL

I'd rather enjoy my apple or slice of bread and lose weight rather worrying about whether or not I will gain it all back with 1 meal

a lot of people do it, I personally find it useless, as long as you're on a deficit. If you eat an apple tomorrow on the keto diet (or the paleo) and drink water.. you will gain back 10 lbs... The reason why people like the paleo is cause the first week, you lose all your glycogen storages and that makes you lose ~10 lbs…

I'm no doctor... but not taking insulin is the stupidest thing i've ever heard....insulin is the hormone that converts your blood glucose into fat and energy. When food goes in your mouth, carbs are converted to blood glucose and etc... and insulin is the one that controls the level of blood glucose you have in your blood.…
