Thanks everyone some really good ideas there. I am trying not to do full fat versions of things because he was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol, just barely, but high just the same. I appreciate the help and if anyone has any other ideas please post, I'll check back.

Good Morning All! I was up early and got my walk in, I knew if I didn't just do it and get it over with the day would get away from me and by the afternoon I would be fighting with myself to get it done! My son is stationed at Altus, or as we refer to it, nowhere Oklahoma, I miss him, his wife and my grandbabies and really wish the Air Force would send him back to the east coast. He has been there for 3 years already!

Have you gone to a specialty store for foundation garments? I think you will find what you are looking for there, the average store wont have what you need. A good bra will cost a small fortune but will be worth the investment.

I started this last Monday so Christmas is 10 weeks from my start date. I am a little concerned that I will be able to lose 2 pounds each and every week but this may be exactly what I need to motivate me to exercise. Count me in, Start 255 Christmas 235

Count me in, I have 105 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I started yesterday and feel pretty good. Hubby is taking me on a cruise for our Anniversary in the beginning of March so I am hoping it will keep me motivated through the holidays.
