  • I have been Keto for a couple of months now and would love a few Keto friends.
  • I have been Keto since August with lots of weight left to lose, lost 20 so far. Would love to have some Keto friends here.
  • I’m having the same problem. How do I move my watch above my phone?
  • Just started back myself about 2 weeks ago
  • I'd love some new friends too! I'm 51 but my kiddos are 31,30 and 23 and have moved out on their own. It's just been the hubs and I at home for a little over a year now.
  • I am 51 and started back 2 weeks ago. I have a very long way to go but I'm going to get there! Feel free to friend me I'd love to have some new friends.
  • I sent a friend request, I am 51 and started again 2 weeks ago. I also need to lose 100 pounds or maybe more, I'll know when I get there.
  • The Hubs and I dream of the day we can sell the house, buy an RV and hit the road. We have another 10 or so years of working though so for now it's just a dream. Feel free to send a friend request. I tried to send one to you but can't seem to figure out how, I'll go look again
  • I would make sure that my calories are real, whole foods because if they aren't that could be a possibility. Then I would give it a week and see if the hunger levels off, if not I would add calories. You don't mention your height, weight, age, activity level so no one can say with certainty that your not eating enough…
  • Thank you! I spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out and was just going around in circles. Another question : the watch face has the correct date but it says SAT 09 06 I am assuming that means Saturday and today is Sunday but the date is right so my next assumption is I need to set a time zone some how. How do I set it…
  • I love chicken on the grill with a little adobo sprinkled on it! It's the best!
  • Call you Dr and ask him to call in blood tests to the lab. It could be everything mentioned above or maybe your iron is low or vitamin D or any other thing that could make you feel like that. Just do a baseline and see where you are.
  • Thanks everyone! Keep the requests coming, we can do this!
  • That is a fantastic NSV! I will keep that in mind when I am debating blowing off my work out. Congratulations!
  • I am right here in the Northeast with you! I am sick of it 46 days 5 hours 7 minutes and 58 seconds until we set sail for the Eastern Caribbean! I can't wait to get out of the snow!!!!!!!
  • I'm starting W4 today and I have to say the meatless meals are playing with my head a little. I have every plan to power through the week and stay on track. Week 3 wasn't that bad but I have to say I am really happy to be winding down these 4 weeks. I am planning to do Shred weeks 3 & 4 and then back to Super Shred for 3…
  • You have a great attitude. Have you taken your measurements? There is a lot of talk on FB about people who haven't lost weight during a certain week but have lost inches.
  • It's not easy, I agree! I am on W2D4 and I can't shake the headache and I have no energy. Overall I feel like crap, but I am dedicated to see this through. You can do this, shake off the bad days and recommit to the program. Bathing suit weather is right around the corner!
  • I was hungry the first few days. What helps is to consider snacks as mini meals. Think protein to help get you from one meal to the next. In the back of the book there are a lot of ideas for snacks look through them and see what you can choose to help fill you up between meals. Today for my 150 calorie snack I had the…
  • The more I think about it, I think he probably lost 10 pounds of weight and 10 pounds of water from putting down the salt and beer!
  • Welcome to Super Shred! I found the first few days really tough but after that as long as I planned ahead it has been fairly easy to do. The super shredder FB page is really busy and a great resource. I haven't had to dine out during this so I'm afraid I'm no help with that.
  • Nice! I think any loss on W2 is a win! Congratulations!
  • WTG!!! Thats a pretty good loss for week 2 and happy anniversary! I weigh in in the morning and start week 2 and have decided to follow the program this week but not expect much of a loss. I've seen the biggest loser enough not to expect much from the week 2 weigh in. Tomorrow I expect to see 5 pounds though, thats average…
  • Nothing can throw a scale out of whack quicker that TOM. Congrats on the 2 pounds! Celebrate it, if it was a 2 pound gain you wouldn't say it's just 2 pounds!
  • All you can do is repeat the day and move on and tell your enabling friend that you aren't playing with her again for the next 3 weeks. LOL!
  • So funny, Dr Ian says that weight loss is 20% food and exercise and 80% mental conditioning (or something like that) LOL Anyway, I think staying off the scale is part of that. I myself have failed that rule every day this week! Congrats to you for sticking to it, I'll make sure I check in on Sunday to see how you did.
  • I agree completely, I think in trying to write a basic plan and not overwhelm he instead left so many unanswered questions. I reread the week 1 guidelines and it did say the first cup of coffee with breakfast and the second any time during the day. A lot of questions are answered on SS facebook page.
  • I cut and pasted it into google chrome and internet explorer and it came up in both of those. The only thing I can think of is to maybe try another browser.
  • Thanks, those are good ideas, I may also add a half hour to each meal/snack because it isn't working well with his schedule. Your right that he will lose though, even though he is 4 years older than me and over 50 I expect he'll drop 30 pounds or more during these 4 weeks, I am hoping to lose at least 15!
  • Hi Everyone, so happy to have found this group! We are on W1D1 today and so far I'm doing OK but I am starving and I have about 2 hours until meal 3. I am worried about how my husband is going to do but he's committed to trying it and seeing how he does with it. I logged the food we were eating today and it's under 1000…
