Going to need some support from the community. I am almost 60 and my doctor has said lose 100 pounds or I won't see 65.

    I'm sorry to hear your news. The greats news is it's not over. I have recently returned to the MFP community. I will be going to my provider very soon and am expecting a pretty harsh reality check as well. Together that's how we can do this.

    I sent a friend request, I am 51 and started again 2 weeks ago. I also need to lose 100 pounds or maybe more, I'll know when I get there.
