Good Chicken Marinade for Grilling

Hi,
Does anyone have a good chicken marinade they can recommend? I grill a lot of chicken on the Foreman and it's sort of bland. Does anyone have a marinade they enjoy? Homemade or store bought is fine. I've done fat free Italian dressing so I'm looking for something a little different.
Thanks

I love using honey and mustard.
Also, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and fennel seeds.
A good tandoori rub it always nice.
Endless possiblities really....0 -
One envelope of Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup grapefruit juice.
I always double it because I want to have enough to cover 4 or 5 breasts well. It’s also easier because one little can of grapefruit juice (from the six packs they sell) is two thirds of a cup. Pink grapefruit juice is fine.0 -
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup mustard (brown or yellow, whatever you have)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mild chili powder
1 TBS oil
This is good on pork too.0 -
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
I usually mix this up in a zip top baggie, add the chicken, and then freeze or store in the fridge until needed.0 -
Not a marinade , but I like to sprinkle each side of the chicken breast with garlic salt and lemon pepper before grilling.0

I eat grilled chicken every day, and use cheap McCormick Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade (plus some season salt, pepper, and garlic).0

Thanks! These all sound great.0

I usually drizzle some olive oil and then just add seasonings when I cook meat. Garlic salt & pepper is my favorite.
Can cook veggies the same way, keeps it simple.0 -
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with a seasoning, I like the clubhouse Greek one or a lemon herb mix, if it's not for the kids I'll do paprika and cayenne pepper, Montreal chicken spice etc. so many choices0

1 part soy sauce
1 part sesame oil
minced garlic (to taste, I use lots)
1/4 part lime juice
I also really love Soyaki for marinade.0 -
Olive oil + lemon juice + crushed garlic (I then serve with bulgur wheat and green salad)
Tandoori paste + yoghurt (serve with rice salad and something green)

Here's one a coworker shared with me a couple weeks ago:
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3-4 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp steak seasoning (it's great on chicken, trust me!)
Marinate for a few hours and grill. Delicious!0 -
I love chicken on the grill with a little adobo sprinkled on it! It's the best!0

So far, I've used the following and like them all...
Dale's Low Sodium
garlic powder and balsamic vinaigrette
I don't marinade it in this, but sprinkle garlic powder on the raw breasts and when the chicken's got about 2 minutes left, I brush a little mandarin sauce on both sides0
