Is there a way to add this thread as a favorite (or similar) within MFP? Thanks!! Just wondering the easiest way to get to it. I just want to add that I'm on a business trip for a couple days and I even brought the dvd, weights & workout clothes to do the 30DS using my laptop in the hotel!

Are you doing the push ups on your knees? If that is difficult then maybe try doing them against a wall (standing) with your feet out a couple feet from the wall. Then as you build up your strength, move to doing them on something lower...then eventually to the food. OR do them on the floor but set a goal like today I will…

Day 3 week 1 complete. It went pretty well this morning except that my 7 year old son was watching AND critiquing me! Lol! The time goes by pretty quickly!

Yesterday was my planned day off from 30DS (day 2). Today I planned to do day 2 but I had back pain from a morning exercise class. So, I'm not off to a very good start on this challenge. I might try to do day 2 yet tonight and see how my back feels. Otherwise, I will be doing the 30DS for the next 4 days.

Level 1 day 1 complete! I like the circuit 3 cardio portion the best because I like that it is the cardio from circuit 1 & 2. It is the little things that make me happy...lol. How about stand a couple feet away from the wall and do push ups (standing up) using the wall. That might help build up your upper body strength then you can move to the floor eventually.

I just started 30 Day Shred today but exercise tv only had the second level. I did it but took more short breaks. I use to have the dvd but I couldn't find it tonight. I wish exercise tv had all 3 levels! I logged it in my diary as circuit training. How do you log it?
