I'm going to try to keep my breakfast and lunch the same for a week at a time then switch it up. that will help with logging too!

I don't have a comment about the aspartame but I just want to say good luck to you and your husband. My sister-in-law had non-hodgkins lymphoma then 6 years later she was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma. She has a clean bill of health and is doing great!

I LOVE Jazzercise but I didn't lose weight with it...however, I wasn't watching my calorie intake very well at the time. I think if you had a clean diet and went to Jazzercise on a regular basis, you'd lose weight. One lady I know from class lost a lot of weight going to class 5 days a week and watching calories.

The brownies - I microwave it for 30 seconds then put in the freezer for 30 min. SO GOOD!

I read a tip online and now this is the only way I make the brownies. Microwave the brownies for 30 seconds then put in the freezer for about 30 min. It is really good that way!
