2,200 is what I'm allowed each day. I tend to burn about 630 working out. I keep the workout calories as a "savings" account, just in case I want to splurge that day. But if I don't feel any especial urge to, I just leave them. More deficit for me! I'm 5'11.

I lost about 25 pounds on Weight Watchers, but fell back off the wagon and then some. I think I'll feel better once I've surpassed 25 pounds lost, as proof I can keep going. Not far to go! Good luck to you; if I can do this, anybody can.
