I need to put this into high gear.... not looking so good... As of 7/15-26.32 done.... 73.68 to go...... (that's an average of 4.91 miles per day....) Great job to all that are more than half way to the goal!!!

We like tilapia with salsa. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray, quickly brown the tilapia, add one jar of your favorite salsa, we like Pace chunky. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until the fish is done. It is great over brown rice..... Yummy and easy....

I am in...... I need to keep my chubby feet to the fire..... SW: 189 GW for 9/30: 180 Self Challenge: 3 Goals 1. Run/Walk 4 days per week a minimum of 3 miles per day 2. Track my food EVERY day, not just the week days... 3. Work out with Jillian (via a DVD) 4 days per week.. shred baby shred.....

Completed L1D6 yesterday.... Those jumping jacks are still not my favorite, but I can survive 30 seconds of them at a time... Must say I am "enjoying" this... (I must be ill....) Good job everyone-we can do this!!!

D2L1 completed yesterday.... After running 2.5 miles and a half an hour with a personal trainer, I must say the shred had me sweating buckets.... Looking forward to D3L1 tonight. Thank you everyone for posting your results so far... VERY encouraging!

So I am late to the party but I am here....completed L1D1 yesterday, did okay.... doing L1D2 tonight after my appointment with my personal trainer... Everyone here has encouraged me to get started.....

So far the dvd's are still in the package.... I WILL get them out tomorrow, not sure which one I will do-ripped or shred-but I WILL do one. I have been meeting with my kick a** trainer on Tuesday and Thursday's and she is doing her job very well.... Bye Bye bootie.... On the positvie side, I did run yesterday... Yes RUN...…

I fill mine out, breakfast, lunch and snacks, in the morning. I generally know what I am going to have for dinner ahead of time, but like to complete the dinner entries after dinner. I add my exercise right after I do it.... Love seeing the extra calories, not that I eat them all back, but it is nice to see them....

My shred dvd arrived yesterday, the ripped should be here today.... Sunday morning is going to be great fun....Level 1 here I come... I start working with my personal trainer, very Jillian like, today... Look out body fat, a change is coming!!!!
