A fish recipe everyone would love?

I never thought I would eat fish and now I do. We stick to the light fish that do not taste fishy (Tilipia, Mahi Mahi, etc). I really like Mahi Mahi. Here is one recipe that is definitely good. I also like when we use some butter or wine and cover them in panko bread crumbs and throw it in the oven.
This is a Mahi Mahi recipe: http://www.rachaelray.com/recipe.php?recipe_id=283
Hope this helps!! Let me know what you make and how it goes!!

These toppings can be added to anything but my coworker said it's really good on fish. When there is about 5 minutes left for your fish to bake, top it with the following:
low fat feta chese crumbles
black olives
capers
fresh basil
Pop back in the oven for a few minutes. Then when it comes out of the oven drizzle a little bit of balsamic glaze (maybe a half tbsp) over the fish. I made this last night but used chicken because my husband doesn't like fish. I paired it with a salad (romaine, spinach), mushrooms, and tomatoes. It hit my 3 requirements - filling, healthy, and delicious.0 -

catfish filets.
ace in a glass baking dish as many catfish filets as will fit. Pour 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup any kind of sauce you like (in my household we use Yoshida's Teriyaki sauce a lot, or Sweet Chili sauce but any kind of sauce works as long s it's not too thick)
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until you can see the sauce boiling.0 -
oh I forgot to add: the dish needs to be covered in tin foil, to kind of seal it closed.
Hope you like it!0 -
We like tilapia with salsa. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray, quickly brown the tilapia, add one jar of your favorite salsa, we like Pace chunky. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until the fish is done. It is great over brown rice..... Yummy and easy....0

This is one of my favorites:
Ingredients
3 tablespoons chili sauce with garlic (such as Hokan)
3 tablespoons minced green onions (about 3 green onions) $
1 1/2 tablespoons low-sugar orange marmalade
3/4 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce $
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets $
Cooking spray
Preparation
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; brush half of chili sauce mixture over fillets. Place fillets, skin sides down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil fish 5 minutes; brush with remaining chili sauce mixture. Broil 2 more minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
Another note on fish: Make sure its fresh - if you live somewhere where you can't get fresh fish, go to the freezer section and get the flash frozen fish and let it thaw during the day. Otherwise it'll be "fishy" and that generally turns people off. Good, fresh fish shouldn't smell or taste "fishy".0
