Had a tough few days. We are selling our house and moving across the country so things get a little hectic sometimes. Anyway, back on track today and will get back to goals tomorrow. Hope everyone is well.

Bit of a tough weekend and Monday and then tied up all day today but so far today on track with calories and have gone to the gym plus I just got everything logged. So hopefully back on track. Peace inside and out.

Not the weekend I'd have wanted but not horrible either. Anyway, back at it, no point in dwelling. Goals for 4/11 1. Record everything 2. Get to the gym 3. Stay on track with the calories 4. Get the laundry done to the extent that laundry can be considered "done." See y'all later.

Soccer game today so that will take up most of the afternoon, as such, easy goals today. For 4/9 1. Record food intake 2. Not eat badly 3. Get to the gym at least for some cardio Hope the day rocks for all of you.

Hi All. Quick recap of yesterday. Wife and oldest got home from a trip so we went out to eat last night, had sushi and ice cream after. All in all not a horrendous day.
