If you're overweight or obese it'll be pretty ok to lose 30 lb in 2 months. If you're on the slightly overweight to average side (like ~200 and under) it'll be more difficult. With hard work I am confident that you can at least get close to 30, if not hit it exactly.

I add lemon juice to my water because the water in my town sucks (even after Brita) and the lemon makes it taste nice. I don't think it will have some magic effect on my blubber.

Why not try greek yogurt blended with 1 or 2 fruits. You could blend light and fit greek (80 cals) with some strawberries (cant be too many cals) and some apple or something. Delish, low cal and tons of protein.

I weigh everyday because it just helps me keep on focus. If I am losing then I know that I am doing something right, if not I change it up and work harder. Either way it motivates me.

I find that when I am pm-ing I get cramps like a son of a b***h, so it helps me when I work out. Especially around finals time like right now. In general single instance cravings only last 10 minutes. In general I am not a sweets person but I've heard that overall craving of sweets lasts a few months.

Hey! I really like my vanilla shake. I put 2 tbs milk, 2 cups of water, and 2 scoops of powder in a blender and pulse it for about 2 minutes. Then I add a banana, a few tsps of yogurt, and frozen berries or fruit of your choice. It is a super yummy shake.
