  • I've completed C25K and I know it can be challenging at times even daunting to think about what the next work out will be, but just keep going. If you really have trouble with a particular week repeat it, and it will get easier as you go along. Before you know it you will look back at prior weeks and think how easy those…
  • Keep at it. Before you know it you'll be able to run for an hour!
  • I needed to have a medical exam done when I was applying for insurance, and I weighed in at 150 LBS! I'm 5'3" and that's the most I have ever weighed. • I've been there. But I learned that taking my own lunch was just a much easier route to go. I usually didn't have access to a microwave so I ate lots of sandwiches but mixed it up so I wouldn't get bored. I also mixted up the fruits and veggies I would take with my to eat with my lunch and for snacks. I would make my own…

  • Someone told me that they love turkey bacon and couldn't tell the difference, so I bought some to try it. Welll they were WRONG. It does not taste, look, or smell like bacon. I don't buy bacon all that often, so I'll stick with the real stuff!

  • Bump- And I thought my 20 day plateau was bad.
  • So here is my really simple way to make hummus: 1 can of chick peas (about 15oz) 1/4-1/2 cup water Blend together in food processor until desired texture. This is your base; now add what ever flavors you like and BLEND. Here is what I like adding in: -Spicy hummus- jalapenos, crushed red pepper, and cumin -Garlic hummus-…

  • For late night snacking, I rely on fruits and veggies. This way you are at least getting something healthy, and if you need the sugar fix, fruit is a better option than chocolate. For my veggies, I either eat them plain or dip them in my home made hummus or in a little bit of light ranch dressing. If you are really craving…
  • LIFE! I've changed my out look on life and try to see the postive things around me instead of the negative, so a lot of little things make me smile.

  • I made these for dinner the other night and YUM! They are great. I didn't make the sauce but ate them plain and they are soo good.
  • I like the way you think... Gotta love Wisco.
  • I agree that you have to watch the sugar- I hate the plain greek yogurt, so I tried the fruit on the bottom and loved it but the sugar count was about the 20g mark.

  • I'm planning on doing a container garden this year since we have very little yard space but plenty of room on the deck. Any suggestions on what works well in containers and what doesn't? I was planning on tomatoes, bell peppers, green beans, peas, onions, and hot peppers.
  • I was a healthy 34B and now I'm a sad 34B. I'm debating with myself if I should get a breast lift or not (I'm too young for boobs that look like this but I'm not one to mess with what I was born with) constant conflict.
  • When I was growing up we had a grocery chain called ****'s. When they first came out with their savers card they called them "****'s In Siders Card" when said together is sounds like "****s in sider her" they changed it shortly after (but I still have one). We also use to call the plastic bag they put the groceries in…
  • Whenever we want. Just got to keep the dog away... he likes to stick his nose in places it doesn't belong
  • I would put each item on your sandwich down separately since you don't know what is on an item labled "sandwich" in the data base.
