I can walk at 3.4 mph uphill for 35 minutes without feeling as if I am going to die. I am counting my calories and eating healthier. 25 down 25 to go :smile:

All the advice its very helpful but it seems many of you guys weigh-in several times a week. Its that a good idea? I only do it once a week. Should I change this practice?

Thanks for the info. I don't eat yogurt but my husband does & he loves Chobani.
