What can you do now that you couldn't do 30 days ago?

appx a month ago I started running. I would jog a half mile out stopping a few times and walk home.
Today I am running 5K in the morning and either 2 or 3 miles in the afternoon!!0 -
So, this is silly, but I can now easily reach up with my foot and flush the toilet in public bathrooms. I've always hated touching the handle, but usually had to lean against the wall to keep my balance to flush it. Now, no problem at all. Today I also ran my fastest mile yet. Still a way to go to have it be fast (I'm just at 9 min 47 seconds now) but I'm getting there slow but sure. Also added 10 lbs to my chest press. So, what about you? I'm sure 30 days has changed you, too :drinker:0

30 days ago I could only ride my bike for 3 miles...
Now I can ride my bike for 12.5 miles...
I never cared for running and 30 days ago I started training for a 5k Diva Run...
When I started my training it took me 18 minutes to finish a mile...
Now I do a 13 minute mile and that's with an injured ankle...
Thanks for all the inspiration..:flowerforyou:
Taking a step at a time to reach my goal always0 -
I can run five miles at a steady 5mph pace and deadlift triple digits. And wear size 6 jeans.0

The 32-inch-waist jeans that were too snug on me 30 days ago are finally ready for prime time.
And I can -- by a couple of inches -- deadlift myself using a chin-up bar. I might have been able to do that 30 days ago -- I don't remember when I started -- but it's a recent accomplishment.0 -
I can wear a second pair of jeans from my closet (my first goal was the first pair), I can move a ton of freight by hand and never get winded, and I can say I've reached my first big scale goal of 50 pounds down. I'm at 51 today.0

Run for 2 hours and 2 minutes straight! It was only about 4.5 mph, but I'm so thrilled! I covered nine miles. Thirty days ago, I was only running for 22 minutes.0

I can now drive by a McDonald's and not think twice about it.0

I can honestly blame my sore legs on exercise/activity and not on sitting too long in one position.0
-
I jogged 5mph for 25 minutes straight on the treadmill the other day! I started karate recently so I now know a whole bunch of moves I didn't know last month. Within the last month I feel so motivated! I used to work second shift but now I work first. I wake up with tons of energy after eating my smoothie and just good eating in general! ( I still eat some cookies and ice cream, but it fits my cal budget!). I feel this is a good month and hope next month will be a good one too!0

I can walk past pizza, chocolate, pastries, bread, crisps, fizzy drinks and processed meats in my local Tesco without a glance at any of it. I feel no temptation at all towards any of it and that feels so good! It also makes me feel not guilty if I do indulge once in a while, because I know it's my choice to do so!
Oh and I can cycle non-stop now for 15 minutes which is a big deal for me! Going to get it pushed up to 20 by the end of this week!0 -
Run continuously for 30 minutes...finished a 5K this weekend in under 45 minutes! Looking forward to seeing how much time I shaved off at the next one in 3 weeks!0

I can walk at 3.4 mph uphill for 35 minutes without feeling as if I am going to die. I am counting my calories and eating healthier.
