I can do pull-ups, though I don't know how many. I got really excited and ran around for a while, celebrating. I'd never been able to do even a single pull-up before.

I'm in a routine with BodyPump and have been increasing my weight on the bar. And I've started to see some shoulder definition :blushing:

    Weigh over 2.5 lbs. less.

Shoulder a 100 lb. Atlas stone.

Lift a 150 lb. Atlas stone to hip height.

    Deadlift 205 lbs.

What will the next 30 days bring?!

Kneel down to pick something up without being in major pain. I"ve had back pain and knee pain for so many years, I forgot what it was like to NOT have it.

In 30 days I haven't lost any weight, but then today I tried on my size 12 pants and they fit. So I've actually dropped down a size in clothes,

One month ago I was only able to walk 2.5 mph on flat surface for 20 minutes. Now I can walk 3.1 mph on incline up to 11.4 for 30 minutes.

Yesterday I tried on some large pants i couldn't pull on around my hips one month ago. Best part is they even look nice.

Walked quickly up a very steep hill today - got out of breath - but I was late for a meeting and in a hurry. I recovered before reaching the building. I've not climbed that hill ever that fast or recovered that fast.

not much really, because I just started, but one thing I am VERY proud of that changed since last month is my cravings for sweets.
I used to eat them all the time, have sugar in my tea etc', but now I don't. if I really want chocolate though (usually I don't have it at home, but today I happen to) I just take a piece and eat it, although I found out that I didn't enjoy it (and it's my fave chocolate, too!). otherways I substitute sweets with fruits and freshly squeezed juice :) also, no sugar in my tea!
hopefully, in another month I'll be able to add some stuff to this list :D

Not die at the Sunday morning high impact aerobics class. I was close, but I made it through. I'd have fainted a month ago.
