I can jog a lot longer now without stopping or my ankles or shins hurting. Yay0

I can wear two pairs of jeans, one a little smaller than the other, that I couldn't wear earlier in the Summer. I was able to wear one for the first time just this week.
I can move 1000-2000 pounds of freight in 40-80 pound increments several times per day/week (depending on the work) without ever getting winded or tired.
I can feel a couple of muscles that I couldn't before and I can feel my ischial tuberosities (the bones I sit on - I had to look it up because I didn't know I had them). Definitely no one else can see them, but I can tell they're there. lol
I can see a difference in the size of my butt and thighs, my stomach, and my arms.0 -
30 days ago I could barely walk 15 minutes, now I'm up to 26 minutes a day!
( and I don't feel like I'm gonna have a stroke after I'm done! ) Yaaaay!

10 push ups - full to the ground, no knees. I have T25 to thank for that.
I couldn't even do 1 30 days ago.0 -
Confidently purchase size 14 dresses from the secondhand shop knowing that I'll eventually be able to wear them. And then manage to fit into 2 out of 4 of them even though the fit's not correct yet!0

I gave up Diet Coke
I started running again
I eat normal portions
I have been choosing fruit salad instead of brownies, ice cream or cookies
I wore a shirt that was too small
I haven't had fastfood in 2 months
I can say I'm beautiful
All things my husband just pointed out to me0 -
20 push ups. (A while ago I couldn't do even one!) Run for 18 minutes... so much stuff I can't even remember it all!0

I can do Zumba (sort of, but I'm trying!)
I can fit size small shirts and perhaps size 6 pants (haven't tested the theory yet, but my size 8s are kind of floppy now)
I discovered I can make a good cheesecake (using a pie crust, not a spring form pan). Kinda the opposite of a weight loss, healthy eating thing, but I never really made them before because they usually ended up too flat, so yay!0 -
Say that I ran for 52 minutes straight.
Run for at least 30 minutes straight during each run.
Interval training (30 seconds of 5-7+ mph running/30 seconds of 4.5-5 mph running/30 seconds of walking) for 30 minutes.0 -
