  • I am new the vegan world... started a week and a half ago. Although, I did slip once... I'm also gluten free and I had some Udi's g-free bread; which contains eggs. Other than my little slip it's been easier than I thought! And the lack of a good vegan gfree bread is keeping me away from processed foods altogether :)

  • I completed week 5 day one, at 5.6 mph jog and 3.4 mph walk at a zero incline, last night. I started the program at a 6.0 mph jog but at week 4 I had to adjust my goal in order to avoid burning out too quickly. My ultimate goal is run a 5k under 30 minutes...
