No, this thread did not die. I was hoping for more weigh in's but i guess that just puts some others at the top. I was very sick on wednesday and thursday and on tuesday i wanted to wait for more weigh in's. I'm sad to see so many people didn't weigh in for our final week. I would say no because you lose as much water as you drink in the coffee if not more.

This is absolute BULL!!!!. Yes your science is correct but your reasoning is flawed. Fruit is good for you. And part of the reason it doesn't raise insulin levels is because of all of the fiber and water in fruit makes the glucose absorbed at a slower rate. Put them in the freezer it makes you have to wait to even have the cookie and it can never be a moment cookie, it has to be a decided cookie!

Week 2: 229 Week 1: 229 Well i guess thats better than gaining all those pounds i though i was sure to gain. Felt so sick, i didn't track most the week and barely got out of bed to go to my college classes most the week. I will be happy but i gotta step up my game.

The point of the lap band is to make those eat smaller meals each day. You can't eat more than the size of your fist.
