Not me personally, but my cousin has had CFS since he was about 11 (he got glandular fever and that's how his CFS started), he's 16yrs old in June and has gone from very poorly with a very restricted school and personal life to a full time college student with not one day off sick etc. Nothing really to do with losing…

I go to Step Combo which is step aerobics plus a bit of ab work, pilates, and tone zone (weights, body weight exercises etc) and also body pump (weights on a bar, squats, lunges, arms etc) love them all!

I am a 'girly girl' too, but absolutely love sweating my *kitten* off. I tend to stick to classes as they tend to be more 'dance' based and you can get pumped up with the music. With regards to the people saying nasty things in the gym, prove them wrong. Keep going back. Don't let them put you off. Stay positive!!

I'm 5"8 and aiming for 10st.10lbs, looking back at photos etc when I was this weight I had an AMAZING figure, just which I'd appreciated it more and looked after it better!

I get mine from Decathlon, and they're super comfy. I get the "shape" ones and they are a lovely thick material with great stretch and a really wide tummy band to keep everything in place ;)

Oh gosh! Feel embarrassed to say but just checked my mapmyrun and it says I did an 18 min mile - though I did probably 'fast walk' for half of it... I need to get back on it!!!
