I get a bit self concious and play it down.

It was good but not as good as now. I wasnt weight training and I wasnt anywhere as near as strict with my food. I lost around 106lbs before I gained 20 back. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? :)

Thanks for coming back to me. So just keep going basically I lost 6lb in the last 7 days so the sudden change back to the workouts and good eating seems to have worked.

How do you calculate this? I cant see as I'm burning any calories whilst sat at my desk?

What do you class as your activities which are burning 2300 cals a day? As far I can see looking at your diary you are eating far too many calories but I see no excercise?

Thanks for taking a look. What foods can up protein more than the obvious ones like chicken etc. I should be aiming for around 240g protein a day.

Is it possible to just not use protein shakes?

I only use it on training days and yesterday I was fine and didn't have it. Seems it could be the cause. Although I used it originally about 8 months ago and had no issues other than a bit of constipation.

First of all good work on the weight loss. Ive just started looking at smaller clothes and found that it was only a few weeks before they looked big on me again. If you are that close to target I personally would wait and get a whole new wardrobe at your new ideal weight. Keep it up.
