I use the scale at my local chemist. It has grab handles at the side etc. I used 2 different ones of the same machine to get the two readings.

Eat well, excercise more than I did. Which before was never ever. Its taken 18 months and I still want to lose 10st more.

Im grossly overweight and trying to get rid of the fat whilst gently toning along the way. It is a new program which is a lot more weight training than I have ever done in the past.

Because its been 2 weeks since I put a stop to the gains and really re-focused to be honest.

I feel great. Healthier, more alert etc. I also feel stronger. Should I weigh in less often?

6 days a week without fail. I try to do an hour each time I go in. 20-30 mins cardio, treadmill, elliptical, bike. Then 15-30 mins weights.

I lost 108lbs but put about 20 back on. It took 15 months to lose 108lbs.

Oh no I literally eat like 1300 cals a day.
