How do you know BF% went up? what type of test did you do?

If was skin fold or stepping on a scale I wouldn't take it that seriously....

    BF measurements are notoriously unreliable

    but weights
  • I use the scale at my local chemist. It has grab handles at the side etc. I used 2 different ones of the same machine to get the two readings.

Bioimpadence machines are generally inaccurate and can fluctuate based on hydration level and how you set it up. And while losing lean body mass is common during weight loss (especially with 266 lbs), I wouldn't stress it. Just keep in mind a body that is 200 lbs will need less muscle than one with 400
