Found a pizza place with good keto crusts so tried that for the first time and am happy that I got some more movement in my day. I felt mentally better all day for doing it!

@lacatgirl, you’d posted in March about feeling like you’re at a plateau and not being sure how to break it. •How long have you been plateaued?
