This is my first check-in with this group, but I want to bump this thread. Weighed myself this morning at 190lbs. I have a couple weeks to lose weight for a drag pageant, but ultimately I want to get down to about 150-165lbs. My lowest weight was 176lbs. I keep slipping up and for the past year have hovered around 195lbs.

Feel free to add me. I like the motivation of seeing other people do well.

I'm also from Canada. Fell off the wagon and need to lose a good 30lbs to get down to my low weight (and a bit beyond). MFP friend?

Add me. I have 30lbs to lose and am more motivated when I see others on my feed :)

My low weight was 175lbs (6'1.5") and I was told I was too skinny. I'm currently at 198, with little if any muscle mass, and I still get told I'm thin/fine. I'm back to overweight; that isn't fine.

Decided to go down even more. I wasn't satisfied with how I looked, so I kept going. My new goal weight is now 15lbs lower than my original goal weight (and I'm only 10.5lbs away from it).

I don't live with my family, but I get mixed support by proxy. My parents are both overweight (my dad I think has reached obese, from what I've heard) are recently got themselves gym memberships. They don't go to the gym, though. They make excuses for why they don't go and it's usually because they are tired after work and…

Digital scale in my bathroom in the nude in the morning. Scale at my parent's place is also fairly accurate (although I didn't believe it at first when it weighed me in at 205 back around Christmas) so I believe digital scales.

Start losing weight earlier. Also, join a sport/start lifting.

20, had a big goal and am 2lbs away from it (62lbs loss). May lose more for the sake of being further away from the high end of the 6'2" male BMI.

Yes. Cheating is fine so long as it's moderated. I've lost 60lbs over 7 months while having cheat days. Just don't make everyday a cheat day (or moderate and stay at a deficit).
