I lost 1 inch off my midsection and 1 inch off the love handles area....no wonder why my dress pant look baggy.

Thanks for all your comments. I do not eat a lot of processed foods....can't stand them. I do think I need to eat more vegies..we eat them with dinner, and that's about it for the day....so I am going to the store today....I will get more fresh vegies.

If you are eating 1200 calories and exercising, the calories are to low. Try 1400 calories for a few weeks and see what happens.
