fustration
Ok Ladies, I need some info. I have been counting calories for about 3 weeks now. I am going to the gym 3 days a week. I walk, weight train, and ride a bike at the gym. I have lost 1 lb gained the 1 lb back. I am wondering if it is my metoblism? If any of you have had this problem and how did you fix it and how LONG did it…
