I rarely weigh myself anymore, maybe once a month. The scale just does not move, and it is too frustrating to watch.

then to add to this is being so tired by the end of the day, that I have no energy to get to the gym to workout......which in turn causes more stress.

for me not sleeping well is both the hot flashes and not being able to get back to sleep once I have woke up with a hot flash.

for me the worst is not being to sleep well.

I am confused on the answer to this question as well. I was NOT eating back the calories I burned and was lost 1 lb. I have lost inches. I think it will all depend on your body and how it handles it all. It may take a few weeks to see. We are all different and it all affects us differently.

Well, I am finally starting a full time job. So my goals would be to be able to schedule the gym and school. Even though I am still not loosing weight. I tried a 6 weeks program at the gym and lost 1 inch from my waist. Woohooo!! I also want to keep the daily calories as close to 1300 as I can.
