My NSV this week.

I was talking with a neighbor who I don't know too well. He's seen me out for my jogs, though, for months on end, in the heat, etc. We were talking about cycling to work and he stopped and said "by the way... huge difference! You look great!" It was so matter of fact. Made me feel so good! I've been riding high on that one for the past week! This is the first comment I've gotten on my weight loss. Sixteen pounds down now! Bring on the next sixteen.
