I'm the opposite, I have thin dreams. I'm always the weight I was when I modeled. Even the times I dreamed I was a guy, I was still thin. :o :D

I can still sabotage myself like crazy but I can maneuver my way around it better. Like; My kids both wanted a donut the other day and the lady who worked the bakery said if I got a box that holds a dozen, then whatever I could fit she'd mark down to $2.50. I lined that box with 26 donuts you guys. 26! I froze 2, at 1,…

I log it but don't count it. If I do a lot of cardio I'll count half. I lift because I want my body to retain muscle and look great when I drop off the fat. It makes me feel great but it's not gonna give me much to log and I lift heavy...

Super job! Adorable baby too!

That when i'm lifting, I can be on my second set of 5 and forget what number I'm on...

I'm constantly learning new things and ways to make my lifestyle choice work even better for me. As I go along learning more about weightlifting and form, keeping my macros as close to recommendations as possible, actually resting on rest days, realizing instead of just knowing this IS a life long choice... tons of stuff.…

People standing right in front of me while I'm checking form in the mirror... Not the ones that do it by accident or are grabbing some weights that are stored in front of the mirrors, but the ones that stand there and talk or are on the phone, or just.. stand.. there. Most people are cool when I say something, others just…

My daughter says she likes to hold my arms because they a soft and squishy. lol I'm working on it though... I found a bench exercise called a Tate Press that works the triceps if that helps. I lift free weights and do machines and target this area once a day. I have some fat loss to go, but my arms are looking better and…

That I can feel like I'm cheating on one set of exercises if I do another kind on an off day. Huh?

That there is a reason why not too many overweight people do yoga... I had a hard time with fat stomach and arms keeping me from certain poses... Whatever though, I'm going to keep doing it. ETA- I was THE ONLY overweight person in a full class...

So I decided to go ahead and do an exercise class on my non-lifting days, so I can get to the gym 5 days a week with some variety etc. (I drop off my daughter at school and hit the gym. When the gym daycare opens, I drop off my son and get to it. The only class for that hour was a class called Power Yoga. I thought, yeah…

Sorry for confusion--I wasn't the one with the surgery for that area. That's @RoseTheWarrior. I do have an IUD and I've had it removed once for issues like that too, and now that i have my diagnosis they're hoping to remove it again once I develop an alternative birth control plan. For me, the pain that I get with exercise…

Awesome! I will check on that today! Thanks!

Not sure about pelvic floor. How can you tell? I breathe out on the push for BP, OHP, I can't recall on squats, and I'm not sure about how to brace or if I'm doing something like that naturally and doing it wrong. I used to hold my breath but I'm past that now thankfully. My digestion varies through the day, I think I have…

Absolutely. I told her something was wrong, I had bleed lightly for a day etc. but she was skeptical. She had such a surprised look on her face and called her nurse to see how, "It's just hanging there!" It was so far out she couldn't put it back... :open_mouth: Did your surgery fix it your issues?

It's very low, like period cramps. Achy through to back...

Yes. I have bottled water, power aid, protein and carbs for every stage of my morning workout...

I had a IUD that was displaced, so it could be from that... Honestly, I'd love to go to the DR. but as it stands without insurance and over qualifying for gov. assistance I can't afford to...

I got the courage to ditch the Smith machine and did my low bar squats unassisted. I also did 7 mins. on the stair mill. I slowed down a bit and was able to go until my calves were crampy, 5 mins. longer than normal AND after my weights and cardio... Also, it's my 1 yr. logging anniversary today!!!

So much yes. I once dreamed I overate my calories by 6000 and was freaking out trying to count and remember what the hell I ate, then I woke up stressed but relieved.

That not everyone will look younger the more weight they loose... :(

Tired, emotional, super crampy with a heavy /light period for the first month on both pregnancies. I could smell a whole lot better but didn't get nauseous for a couple months... Weight loss was exceptionally hard before I realized I was pregnant... Hungrier than normal, which is crazy. Unmonitored I can eat well over 2000…

Have you had them wrap one of those burritos in a quesadilla? So good, sheer gluttony goodness... That was a beautiful day, years ago...
