Went from a bench start at 75 lbs up to 115 (don't know what 1 rep max is but I did 115 a few reps!) less than 12 weeks with a 3 month break in between! I'm in my forties and female, so I think I was making great progress!

For the first time, I ran 9 miles today. About 2 years ago I couldn't even walk that far much less run it!

I checked a mark on my bucket list. Always wanted to run and after 5 months of training finished my first 5k! Very proud of myself!

Lost 4.5 inches since Sept! Glad I was keeping track! Hoping to see a bunch of inches drop between the weights and run training!!

Hit the gym for 5 days instead of 3 days last week! On the days I don't lift, I train for a 5k! Never thought that would happen!

I wear a silicon ring. It just feels weird not wearing a ring. Along the same lines as when my long nails break or are trimmed too short. Just feels weird....

Going from drinking beer almost daily with most on the weekend and smoking 2 packs a week, to 2 beers last month and a month since I quit smoking! Feeling the health!

Remember how you love manual labor like unloading trucks? Well, the weight room is going to make your whole year! Also, COUNT YOUR CALORIES! It's that EASY. That's it. The rest is just fun.

That sounds like you had a super awesome time! I've been wanting to do strongwoman but wasn't sure I could do it. I do powerlifting now so maybe one day I can do strongman too! Sounds like great fun! Congrats on your achievements!

Congrats on the dress and your daughter wedding! I let my streak of over 2 years go when I realized that even though I'd been tracking, I'd gained weight. So in an attempt to start fresh I also reset my counter. Kinda sad to loose the streak, but to me the whole point of the streak was to track in a mostly positive weight…

Fit into the jeans I had set aside for a mini goal. I wanted them to fit and be comfortable by the end of Oct. I'm a month early!

Have been sick with pneumonia for the last 2 wks. Haven't been to the gym but I'm still loosing weight with CICO.NSV,I'm still on track with the goals I want to reach, even if I'm laid up in bed for weeks!

I had a deadlift PR today! Funny how much more you can lift not being in a deficit! It feels great however back to a deficit, got a lot more weight to go.

Also, I bought a big steak for lunch (I had always eaten large steaks, like I feel jipped for some reason if the steak is less than 16 oz. Yikes right? Anyway,) I got a 1.37 lb steak home, cooked it up, cut it up, weighed it and saved some for later. I had an 8oz steak which I shared with my 3 yr old son who ate at least…
