FINALLY got past the bar on OHP. I thought I was putting on a couple of 2.5 lb weights but ended up being 5 lbs. each. Totally blew right into a PR!

Just added another mini goal. Fit into my jeans by Halloween. I'm going to need warmer clothes for winter and I'm not buying anything new unless it's sized down.

My mini goal is super mini. Make sure I loose 2 lbs a week. That rolls into a larger goal of 10 lbs. a month which in turn snowballs into 57 lbs. lost in 211 days. Super hated manual treadmill, but it was one from the 70's with wooden rollers, so they might have changed since then. I prefer the electric ones. For all the reasons. Good luck!

I got a Marcy compact recumbent about 5 years ago for about 85. Works great. Love it. I don't do as much cardio as weights now but it's still going fine, hundreds of miles later...

Not so much a say as much as a did but...I was camping one night and some guys came over to sit by the fire with us. One of them turned on his flashlight and pointed it at the fire. I asked him what was he looking for and he said it was really dark and he wanted to see the fire better....
