It also depends on if you exercise. If you do, you tighten up and the sizes will change much quicker. It takes me 20 lbs. to move a size., but it only took the first 10 lbs. to move bc I started exercising as well.

I could have written this post! 44 here and need to losw 130. Been going since June 1, but it is HARD!! You can do it! Just log everything...even bad days. A personal trainer can be a huge help as well, if you can afford it. I only go once a week, but the accountability and support from a trainer is amazing too. Good luck!

Try limiting yourself to the children's menu portion sizes and giving up the sugary drink. It will help you hit the caloric goal.
