YOURE FINE. i set my goal for 500 calories a day and if i go under 500 it says i'm eating too little and will go into starvation mode, but i've noticed if i hit 500 it says i'm fine. MFP only tells you that you'll starve if you don't reach your goal. even if you have your goal set to 200 calories. so don't worry about it.…

You're exercising way too much! When I first started, I exercised every day, constantly, and GAINED weight. I ate right and everything, about 1100 calories a day. After I lowered my exercise regimen to about 3-4 times a week, I started losing weight! Your body needs time to rest.

Thank you all. I have already taken 3 tylenol, and when I put a cold wash cloth over my head, it really hurts. My boyfriend is coming over, so maybe he will help me feel better :). I will try a hot bath and get excedrine. THANK YOU. :)

Try not exercising every day. I know it's weird, but when I worked out every day I gained weight! I started working out 3-4 days a week and have lost almost 5 pounds since I started. I don't like to eat back my exercise calories either, it doesn't make sense to me. Try a spinning class! It's biking but it burns a lot more…

Lol You know that is physically impossible right? Good luck exercising 7000 calories a day with not eating anything! Even if you did have an eating disorder, it's not possible.

Eat vegetables, sugar free jello, drink tea, maybe a fruit drinking tea helps me the most, though. It's a distraction and it's yummy!

Nose, Ears, Bellybutton I got my nipple pierced last year, but I took it out because my nipple would be enlarged forever. But now it's back to normal lmao.

Stretch marks are pretty much there forever. You can TRY those creams, but they will most likely not work. you CAN get them to fade to white though. Try cocoa butter and celtrexa.
