1) how much do you weigh? how old are you? 2) take the baby and go for a RUN. Also, hold her/him as much as possible to build strength 3) My gym has a babysitting area, maybe look for gyms in your area that have one also 4) She/he is just a child! Though losing weight is important, it's not as important as your child! Good…

Start over tomorrow. That actually sounds really relieving. I DID exercise today, but I have been gaining weight recently since I started exercising. 10 POUNDS. BLEGH. So I want to eat about 1300 calories a day but I love food.

I did run, and no such luck :(

Wow! So many options out of all of those, what do you think provides the most weight loss?

Current: 10/11 Goal: 8 Fantasy: 4/6 Trying to be realistic, and know I will never be a size 2

Read all of these comments, I DEFINITELY want to try it! Where can I get it/how much is it?

Well they have no preservatives and very low sodium for a frozen meal. They have healthy choices such as grilled chicken with quinoa and vegetables, which are feeling and not too high in fat/sugar

All of you are so supportive, it really gave me a boost. I DO go to a therapist for eating disorders, and I am seeing a nutritionist tomorrow. I think I need a strict and healthy calorie plan :) Thank you all so much, this is a great weight loss tool :)

Oh, hmm. I used to eat them as a snack, it was pretty bad. But there ARE some other brands of prepackaged meals which are super healthy but a little less common. The thing I love about lean cuisines is that they are pre portioned and have the exact number of calories.

Extreme Measures meaning trying to make myself throw up. It's quite shameful really, and I can't throw up anyway. Today was a bad day for food, as you can see in my food diary. Sometimes I can't control myself. It really stinks :(. I'm going to a nutritionist tomorrow, so hopefully that will work.
