Here are some of my goals: 1- lose 16 pounds 2- eat more vegetables 3- incorporate more running into my life 4- possibly get my own treadmill 5- make more meals at home (vegan chili is the best, and super easy!) 6- I hope to overall be happier with myself and my positive life changes :)

These are all great goals guys! It's nice to meet you all. I weigh about 136 right now, and I'm trying to lose about 16 pounds. It's different when you're short. 136 pounds would be a better weight if I were a bit taller, haha. I'm glad you're all a part of this group! :)
