  • Exactly!! I was very committed in the beginning to going to the gym every day for hours, but the gym was not for me. I needed something that I knew I would stick with and I enjoy the bonding time I get with my dogs, and it keeps them healthy in the long run as well.

  • The trialthon that I did was 6 miles canoe, 5.5 run, and 18 mile bike. I just had to keep saying if I stop, then I will be losing time where I could have already been a few feet ahead.
