I'm just now getting to where I could wear smaller clothes. The only thing that's way too big, is my scrubs.

I'm not any help, but I would appreciate a coach who is more average. I would be turned off by a stickly person who could do their circuit all day and not get tired. I say take a deep breath, wear a big smile, admit you're human, and good luck.

It will take a LOT of work, but I'm sure its doable!

Today's my 365th day on MFP and am down 74.2 lbs. I lost 50 of it in about 6 months.

I usually eat 1200-1500 a day. You learn to manipulate foods and meals. Feel free to fr me!

Type 2 for a year. Metformin only at this point. You can add me/message me if you'd like. Everyone's diabetes and blood sugars are going to be a little different. I at this point, try to match half to all protein with carbs. Ex: 45 carbs, 20 + g of protein. Fats I usually don't pay too much attn. to. I watch mainly carbs…

Amazing! Thank you everyone. I have my next A1c this upcoming Wednesday. My previous A1c, was 6 point something. I'm super anxious and hoping for a five in my next result!

Hello! Started at 291, and goal is 150. I'm a little over halfway there. I've "dieted" and joined weight watchers in prior years. What truly set me right was being diagnosed with diabetes. My son doesn't need to see that! So here I am, losing more than I ever have before!

I have a Polar FT4. I've seen people love it and hate it. It works for me.

From what I've read and talked to doctors about, it depends of course on age, genetics, how quickly you lose. Staying hydrated and moisturizing skin can help. And it can take up to 2 years for loose skin to "shrink" up. So, from what I've heard, most surgeons won't operate until that time, in effort to avoid unnecessary…

Horse lover here too!! I am losing weight so that I and the horse can be more comfortable. That's not the only reason, but it's a big reason! I stopped riding when I got pregnant (over three years ago), and just haven't had much time. As my kiddo gets older, and I hopefully continue to lose weight, I AM going to get back…

Try taking ibuprofen before hand, and more water.

I'm here as well! I'm down 70, with a little less than 70 more to go.

Honey roasted peanuts. I was hungry.

I think you look fabulous!! Gives me hope :)

* I'm cold when I used to be so hot! * I get almost daily comments on how my clothes/scrubs are falling off me. I don't want to put money into it when I plan on shrinking out of my current size too! * I get irrationally annoyed with other's conversations on how "healthy" their diet is. Riiiight. * I had my wedding rings…

Way to go!

I have lost 65-70 lbs, and it has taken me 10-11 months to do so. I have about this much more, and hope to have it done by my 2 year mark. We shall see! If I don't, no big deal, I will continue to work on it.

You look amazing!

I'm still a work in progress and not quite halfway there. I have slightly loose/flabby skin. But lots of water and steady weight loss helps! Or so I hear.

1. Make your own breakfast sandwiches at the start of your week. Such as on Sunday, fix eggs, and put them on an English muffin with cheese. Wrap, and grab before heading off to work. 2. Same for lunch. Prepare a few things, or take left overs from dinner. I do a lot of sandwiches and soups. 3. Up your water, and find the…

Yay!! I haven't gotten the balls to try most of those things yet. I weigh less than when I graduated HS. But having this kid really damaged me! Good thing he's cute.

I adore this site!! I tried WW and other fad diets. Never lost more than 20 lbs with those. I didn't find them easy to follow and were quite frankly a pain in the butt. I've made more process with MFP than anything else. I am never going to quit!

I posted this in another NSV thread. But! My husband brought me a bowl of ice cream, and just looking at it, I knew it was way more than the serving size. So, I ate HALF of it instead of all of it. We went out for lunch yesterday, and I ate half my sub (my favorite), and ate the other half for dinner. Little steps! Also,…

That is AMAZING! I'm a sucker for my taste buds. Even stuffed, if it tastes good, I want to eat it. My hubby got me a bowl of ice cream 2 nights ago, and it was too much. I ate HALF of it. I wanted it all. At lunch yesterday, I ate only half my turkey sub, and saved the other half for dinner. I know they don't seem like…

PCOS and treated with metformin. I started this journey June 2013, and am down almost 65 lbs! Its doable. I had a really hard time losing weight previously. I have found MFP to be my saving grace. I had tried ww, a local weight loss clinic and never lost more than 25#. Yet here I am.

Monthly. Which reminds me I forgot to do this over the weekend!
